The TOMS One for One story has grown from humble beginnings into an international movement and brand. TOMS had built strong partnerships with brick-and-mortar stores and had a strong digital presence. But, they quickly realized their rapid growth of late required a global, scalable, and robust digital commerce platform. This channel would empower the TOMS business team to manage site features such as Marketplace and a coffee subscription club with limited developer assistance.

Giving back.

Focusing on the customer experience, we helped TOMS develop a high-quality responsive e-commerce platform. The partnership also migrated all TOMS’ sites onto a single, scalable, flexible global platform that offers industry-leading capabilities and the ability to grow internationally. We also developed a digital roadmap, defining operational processes and clearly infusing TOMS mission of giving throughout the shopping experience.

Using an agile on / offshore delivery model, our solution provided a flexible and scalable global architecture for sustainable international growth. This was no small feat considering the more than 20 integrations to internal and external systems that make up this fully functional platform.
